Around 2 Cups of Boiled Rajma.

2 Medium Size Finely Chopped Onion.

2 Medium Size Finely Chopped Tomatoes.

1 tbsp Chopped Garlic.

1 tbsp Chopped Ginger.

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder.

1 tsp Red Chili Powder.

1 tsp Cumin Seeds.

1 tsp Kitchen King Masala.

1 tbsp Oil.

Some Fresh Coriander Leaves.

 

INGREDIENTS FOR JEERA RICE :

400 gm Boiled Rice

1 tsp Cumin Seeds.

1 tbsp Oil.

Salt to Taste.

STEP 1.

First of all heat oil, when oil gets heated add cumin seeds, when it become brown add chopped ginger and chopped garlic and cook it until it become golden brown.

STEP 2.

Now put finely chopped onion in it and saute it for 30-40 seconds, now add Salt and mix it nicely.

When onion become golden brown add chopped tomatoes in it and cook it for 1-2 minutes at a medium low heat.

STEP 3.

Now add pinch of turmeric powder, red chili powder ( you can add more or less ), kitchen king masala and mix it very well.

STEP 4.

Now put the boiled rajma and Water ( according to your need ) and cook it for 10 minutes at a medium low heat.

STEP 5.

Meanwhile make Jeera Rice :

Heat oil when it gets heated.

Add Cumin Seeds, when it becomes brown add rice in it, mix it nicely and add salt.

Cook it for just 30-40 seconds.

STEP 6.

After Cooking Rajma for 10 minutes now it is ready so sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves and turn the heat off.
