How to Cook or Cooking Methods of Rasiya Bhaat.

How To Cook Rice?
-Heat oil in a pan.
-In to the hot Oil add Star Anies, Bay Leave and Cinnamon Stick.
Than add the Mustard Seeds and Cumin Seeds.
-When Mustard Seeds started slatering add the Green Chillies and Curry Leaves.
-Mix all the Spice very well.
-Stir Fry the onions until they become golden brown.
Than add the Potatoes, Turmeric Powder and Salt.
-Again mix this very well.
-Now add Ginger Paste.
-Add the Red Chilli Pepper Powder, Sugar and mix this well.
-Now add Green Peas and around 4 Glass of Water.
-Now cover it for 2 minutes.
-Than add the Rice.
Mix all the ingredients very well.
-Again cover it for few minutes.
-When Rice is half cooked add the Raisins.
Again Cover it for Few Minutes.
-When your rice is almost cooked add the Tomatoes and Cover it for a minute.
-Now add the Lemon Juice.Cook it just for a minute.
Than add some freshly chopped coriander leaves and garnish it in —-your own style or as garnished in the above photo of Soupy Indian Rice Recipe.

Ingredients

  • 100 Grams Rice Chaval or Bhat.
  • 1 Chopped Potato.
  • 50 Grams Raisins.
  • 50 Grams Green Peas.
  • 2 Medium size finely chopped onions.
  • 1 Chopped Tomato.
  • 2 Chopped Green Chillies.
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste.
  • 10 Curry Leaves.
  • 3 tbsp Oil.
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • 1 each Star Anies Bay Leave and Cinnamon Stick(small).
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Pepper Powder.
  • 1 Mustard Seeds.
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds.
  • 1 tsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder.
  • 2 tsp sugar.
  • Lemon Juice of 1 Lemon.
  • Some Fresh Coriander Leaves.
  • Salt to Taste.
