Rava Toast Recipe.

Rava toast is a very simple and easy Indian snacks recipe which is very delicious in taste. Usually toasts are of many different types but this one is really very easy to make as well as quick too. Mainly it is prepared from bread slices, sooji rava or semolina, some vegetables and spices. With being yummy and delicious this toast is also very healthy and good for healthy. You can make this toast for morning breakfast and serve to your hungry kids in just no time.

Rava or semolina is a very healthy ingredient and has many healthy benefits like it helps in weight loss, good for digestion, boosts energy etc. For making this quick rava toast you can choose any of the breads that you like white bread or whole wheat bread, brown bread. But I like white bread personally so I used it in this recipe. You can also call this healthy toast a light food recipe because it has no much oil or any heavy ingredients.

Toasts are exclusively available in entire world and people are fond of having toasts in morning breakfast. Ingredients for Rava Toast Recipe:

5-6 White Bread Slices.
100 gm Rava or Semolina.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Onion.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Cabbage.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Capsicum.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Tomatoes.
3-4 Finely Chopped Green Chillies.
1 tbsp Sour Curd.
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves.
Salt according to taste.
Oil as per required.

How to Make Rava Toast:

Step 1.

First of all take one mixing bowl add in onion, cabbage, capsicum, tomatoes, green chillies, sour curd, semolina and mix all the ingredients well then add in salt and coriander leaves.

Step 2.

Now add in water as per required and keep the mixture aside for 3-4 minutes, now take one bread slice and put some mixture and apply it evenly (apply the mixture only one side of bread slice), make all the bread slices this way.

Step 3.

Now heat non stick pan then put around 1 tsp oil on pan and put bread slice, roast the bread slice till become crispy from both sides.
Roast all the slices this way then take out in a serving plate and serve.
