Guava or amrud in hindi is a very healthy fruit rich in Vitamin C and dietary fiber. In the hot days of summer this chilled and delicious mocktail will make you cool in just quick time. No cooking no fire no sweating only you need is readily available ingredients.

This quick red guava punch mocktail is really very simple and easy to make plus it requires very less time to prepare is well. With being super delicious this no fire recipe is also very healthy and nutritious too. A very few people prefer guava juices and mocktails but let me tell you one good thing about it. And it is that one guava has four times more vitamin C as an orange so now you decide which juice you prefer.

Mainly this healthy Indian drink is prepared from ripe red guavas, salt, lemon juice and some other ingredients. And all the required ingredients to make this mocktail are very simple and commonly available. Ingredients for Red Guava Punch Mocktail:

3 Big Ripe Red Guava Cubes.
Sugar as per taste.
Pinch of Salt.
1 tbsp Lemon Juice.
2 Glass Cold Water.
Few Mint Leaves for Garnishing.
3 Thin Slices of Lemon for Garnishing.

How to Make Red Guava Punch Mocktail:

Step 1.

First of all rinse the guavas in water and cut in small cubes then add salt and sugar.

Step 2.

Add little water and blend the guavas to a smooth pulp.
Always remember whenever you blend fruits with seeds you can use mixer button reverse swing so it won’t crush seeds.

Step 3.

Now add pulp to a juice strainer lined on top of a bowl using a spoon stir the pulp so that the smooth puree will extracted in bowl.
Use the back side of a spoon to push against that guava pulp and as much as possible.

Step 4.

Refrigerate it for at least 1 to 2 hours and serve chilled garnished with mint leaves and lemon slices.

Step 5.

For garnishing take a juice glass and add 2-3 fresh crushed mint leaves then add crushed ice and again add 2-3 crushed mint leaves, now pour the guava juice and finally place the lemon slices and enjoy.
