                      Simple Tomato soup is one of my favorite that can be found at any restaurants or hotels of parties. This soup is one the best soup that is loved by everyone. At restaurants we can found tomato soup primarily. Whereas some has good taste and some has poor. It can be also made at home, so I think that if we make it at home so why we should go out anywhere??…..

                    Homemade soup gives healthiness as well as tastiness. This tomato soup is very easy to make and contains very minimal ingredients.  I usually made it in wintry or rainy days and enjoy it with sipping a steaming tomato soup in a big bowl. It can be taken as a hot or cold both but I normally, I prefer hot tomato soup in evening.

               It is one of the most commonly made soups in India. It is first boiled, peeled and pureed to make rich, creamy juice. All the spring ingredients like garlic cloves, parsley leaves, black pepper and salt is added. Then it is served with any starter dish or sandwiches like cheese garlic bread, cheese chili toast and cheese tawa masala sandwich.

             If the matter comes on tomato let me tell you that how it beneficial for every human body. Every bowl of tomato soup simmers lots of nutritious and vitamins. It contains vitamin A, C, E, K. with essential antioxidance and minerals, it improves bone mass, promote blood circulations, protect body from stomach and colorectal cancer and helps in the regulation of body sugar.

Ingredients for Simple Tomato Soup:

3 Tomatoes.
3 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves.
½ tbsp Black Pepper.
1 tbsp Butter.
1 tsp Finely Chopped Parsley.
Salt to Taste.
Sugar as Required.
1 tsp Corn Flour dissolved in little Water.

How to Make Simple Tomato Soup:

Step 1.

First of all boil and peel tomatoes then blend to make puree it.
Heat butter in a pan, add garlic cloves and saute it for 1 minute at low flame.

Step 2.

Now add black pepper, tomato puree and parsley and mix well then add 2 cups water, salt and sugar. 

Step 3.

Mix all the ingredients well and let the soup boil for 5-10 minutes on medium low flame.

Step 4.

Now add mixture of corn flour and water, stir well and again cook it for another 1 minute.
After 1 minute turn the heat off and garnish the soup with parsley and enjoy.
