Spinach Soup Recipe | Indian Soups.

                    We all know that how spinach is essential for every human body but the major population of them stops at a taste. Considering this problem, I want to assemble the distinct recipe from another recipe made from spinach. So today, I have got some amazing spinach recipe in which spinach is converted into a soup and we made spinach soup.

                   And yeah!!….. Don’t worry about the taste because this will not taste like anther spinach recipes. It is very easy to make the recipe and all the ingredients kept handy. Made from some of few ingredients, it takes just 15 minutes to try on.  This few ingredients are spinach, onion, cream, butter, water and corn flour.

                 As from kids to adults, none of them like the spinach, it will surely consider as lip smacking recipe for them. Personally, I like to sip the soup from a steaming bowl in the wintery or rainy days as well as in evening.  It will surely increase the shine of your joy in wintery as well as rainy days.

              Now a days, we all are aware about healthy benefits of spinach and spinach recipes, but some of few try them. During the time at you are here, just try aloo palak and palak besan sabzi, it might in your likes.

Ingredients for Spinach Soup:

2 Cups Chopped Spinach (washed and drained).
½ Cup Finely Chopped Onion.
2 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves.
2 tbsp Fresh Cream.
2 tbsp Butter.
2 tbsp Corn Flour Dissolved in ½ Cup Cold Water.
Salt to Taste.
1 tbsp Butter for Garnishing.

How to Make Spinach Soup:

Step 1.

First of all heat butter in a deep non stick pan, now add onions and garlic, saute it on a medium flame till the onions become translucent.

Step 2.

Now add spinach and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes then add 2 cups water, mix well and cook on medium flame for 7-8 minutes stirring occasionally, now allow it to cool completely.

Step 3.

When it gets completely cooled, blend it in a mixture blender to make a smooth puree then strain the puree with a sieve and transfer it to a pan.

Step 4.

Now combine the corn flour water mixture and cream in a bowl and mix well, make sure that there is no lumps then add it to the spinach puree and mix well.

Step 5.

Now cook it on a medium flame for 1 minute stirring occasionally, then take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with butter and enjoy.
