Spring Dosa Recipe | Indian Street Food | Indo-Chinese Recipe.

Spring dosa is a fusion to south Indian cuisine to indo chinese cuisine or you can say that it is a combination of two different cuisines. This is very famous as Indian fast food recipe and exclusively available at street food shops and carts in India specially in Mumbai. Earlier we have posted a few recipes of dosa but this one is bit different from all those in taste as well as making. If you love dosa then you must try this once at home.

Mainly it is prepared from dosa batter, some vegetables, sprout moong, schezwan chutney, soy sauce and some other spices. And all the required ingredients to make this quick spring dosa are very simple and commonly available in grocery shops and markets. Usually in masala dosa stuffing is prepared from boiled potatoes and some spices but in this dosa potato is not used. It looks very similar to masala dosa and spring roll but different in taste.

Usually people prefer to eat simple masala dosa or mysore masala dosa but if you want to taste something different than this one is best to try. Here you will see this south Indian food recipe with very simple step by step instructions so you can make it at your home without any difficulties and hustles. Ingredients for Spring Dosa:

1 Cup Dosa Batter.
3 tbsp Thinly Chopped Cabbage.
3 tbsp Thinly Chopped Capsicum.
3 tbsp Thinly Chopped Onions.
2 tbsp Thinly Chopped Carrots.
2 tbsp Sprout Moong.
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
Salt as per taste.
Pinch of Ajinomoto.
3 tbsp Schezwan Chutney.
1 tsp Soy Sauce.
1 tsp Vinegar.
1 tbsp Oil.
Oil for Making Dosa.

How to Make Spring Dosa:

Step 1.

First of all heat 1 tbsp oil in pan then add in ginger garlic chilli paste and saute at high flame for little time then add in thinly chopped vegetables along with sprout moong, salt, ajinomoto, vinegar, soy sauce and saute at high heat for little time.

Step 2.

Now add in about 1 tbsp schezwan chutney and cook it at high flame for 2-3 minutes, after 2-3 minutes turn the heat off and take out the mixture in a plate and keep aside to cool.

Step 3.

Now heat a tawa, when tawa gets heated put some dosa batter and give shape of dosa, now put oil around the dosa and cook it till become crispy.

Step 4.

Now apply about 1 tbsp schezwan chutney on dosa the put some veggies mixture at centre and fold the dosa and take out in a serving plate, make another dosa similarly.
