Mainly it is prepared from gram flour, boiled potatoes, American corn kernels and some other spices and ingredients. Ingredients for Stuffed Khaman Dhokla:

For Khaman Solution or Batter:

1 Cup Gram Flour.
1 tbsp Sugar.
¼ tsp Citric Acid or Nimbu ke Ful.
¼ tsp Soda.
1 Pouch of Eno.
Salt as per Taste.
2-3 Drops of Yellow Food Colour.

For Stuffing:

50 gm Boiled Potatoes.
50 gm Boiled American Corn Kernels.
Salt as per taste.
1 tsp Sugar.
1 tsp Lemon Juice.
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves.
1 tbsp Oil.
1 tsp Mustard Seeds or Rai dana.
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.

For Tadka:

1 tbsp Oil.
1 tsp Mustard Seeds or Rai Dana.
5-6 Pieces of ½ inch Green Chillies.
Salt as per taste.
1 tbsp Sugar.
½ tsp Citric Acid or Nimbu ke Ful.
½ Cup Water.
Some Coriander Leaves for Garnishing.

How to Make Stuffed Khaman Dhokla:

Step 1.

First of all for making stuffing heat oil in pan then add in mustard seeds and let them crackle, now add in ginger garlic chilli paste and saute for little time.

Step 2.

Now smash the boiled potatoes and crush the corn kernels with chilli cutter and add and mix well, now add in salt, sugar, lemon juice and saute all the ingredients well for little time.

Step 3.

Now add in coriander leaves and turn the heat off, take out the stuffing in a bowl and keep aside to cool, when stuffing gets cool make small patties or balls from it.

Step 4.

Now put some water in a steamer and turn the gas on then put greased muffin mould or small bowl in steamer.

Step 5.

Now for making batter take a bowl and put gram flour, sugar, salt, citric acid or nimbu ke ful, soda, yellow food colour, water as per required and mix well to make batter or khaman solution.

Step 6.

Now add in eno and stir well in one directions with the help of spoon then fill the greased muffin moulds or bowls with batter, put 1-2 tbsp batter in one mould.

Step 7.

Now cover the steamer and cook it for 1 minute, after one minute open the lead and put one patties or stuffing ball in each mould and then put some batter on them.

Step 8.

Now again cover the steamer with lead and cook for 10-12 minutes, after 10-12 minutes take out the moulds from streamer and let them cool.

Step 9.

When moulds get cool un-mould the stuffed khaman dhokla and put in a serving plate and now make tadka.

Step 10.

Heat oil in tadka pan and add in mustard seeds and let it crackle, now add in green chillies and saute for little time then immediately put water in it.

Step 11.

Now add in salt, sugar, citric acid or nimbu ke ful and cook the tadka till start boiling, when tadka starts boiling turn the heat off and put this tadka on stuffed khaman dhokla, finally garnish it with some coriander leaves and green chillies and serve.
