Stuffing is made from onion, ginger chili paste, sweet corn and corn flour and outer layer will be bread. It is ready to serve after shallow fry in heated oil.

Ingredients for Sweet Corn Bread Rolls:

For Outer Layer:

6 Bread Slices.
Water for dipping bread.

For Sweet Corn Filling:

1 Big Finely Chopped Onion.
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
1 Cup Sweet Corn Boiled and Half Crushed.
1 tbsp Corn Flour dissolved in little water.
Salt to Taste.
½ tsp Pepper Powder.
1 tbsp Oil.
Water as Needed.
Oil for deep frying.

How to Make Sweet Corn Bread Rolls:

Step 1.

First of all heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, now add onions, ginger garlic chilli paste and fry for 1 minute.

Step 2.

Now add half crushed sweet corn and mix well, season with salt and pepper.

Step 3.

Now add corn flour mixed with some water and mix well, stir it continuously, this will be like a thick mixture, allow it to cool down.

Step 4.

Now make dough of corn mixture, take bread slices and remove the edges of it, roll it with rolling pin, now dip each bread slice in water and squeeze it with your palm to remove excess water.

Step 5.

Take one dough ball of sweet corn mixture fill it in to bread slice and press it with your hands, seal all sides and set aside, do exactly same for every bread slice.

Step 6.

Now heat oil and shallow fry these rolls in it till become golden brown then take out in serving plate and serve with tomato ketchup.
