                               Hello friends, I’m sure you all have tasted many types of kababs but have you ever tasted sweet corn kabab?…. sweet corn kebab is a one type of vegetarian kabab which is mainly made from sweet corn and potatoes which lots of Indian spices. You can take as snack or even as a side dish as well. It’s perfect starter dish for any type of functions or party menu.

                              Usually, we know that kababs are always non-veg but there are also a veg version and they are also good in taste. This crispy, easy to make snack can be make in very few time and all the ingredients are very simple and easily available in every kitchen. There are also varieties in corn kebabs which differ in size, shape, taste.

                                You can make this easy dish for your friends, family members and guests. Especially, when you have guests for meal, you can serve this dish as a starter or as a side dish with tomato ketchup, green chutney or tamarind chutney. Ingredients for Sweet Corn Kebab:

2 Cup Corn Kernels.
½ Cup Boiled and Grated Potatoes.
2 tbsp Grated Cheddar Cheese.
2 tbsp Bread Crums.
2 Chopped Green Chillies.
2 tsp Chopped Ginger.
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder.
½ tsp Garam Masala.
½ tsp White Pepper Powder.
1 Pinch Mace Powder.
Few Fresh Mint Leaves.
Few Coriander Leaves.
Salt to Taste.
3-4 tsp Refined Oil.

How to Make Sweet Corn Kebab:

Step 1.

First of all grate corns then add all the ingredients in it and mix well.

Step 2.

Now divide the mixture into equal portions and give shape of kebabs.

Step 3.

Now heat oil in a non stick pan and shallow fry the kebabs over medium heat until crisp golden colour.
Serve the delicious sweet corn kebabs with mint chutney and enjoy.
