200 gm Grated Papaya.
4 tsp Oil.
2 tsp Sugar.
2 tsp Coriander Seeds.
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder.
Salt to Taste.
First of all heat oil when it gets heated add coriander seeds and turmeric powder than immediately add Papaya.
Stir it quickly and than add sugar and salt and again mix it nicely.
Now cover it and cook it at a medium low heat for 2 minutes and stir it after 2 minutes.
Now it is perfectly cooked so serve this very special and traditional sweet papaya salad.
