Tirupati Laddu Recipe | Indian Sweet Recipe.

                        Tirupati laddu is a famous sweet offered as a prasadam to devotee of Tirumala venkateswara temple after having darshan. I was eagerly looking to amazingly tasty laddu to make once. So, yeah!! I have taken a recipe of tirupati laddu which is very tasty and ridiculously superb.

                      It is an easy recipe of tirupati laddu as it served as a parshad to tirupati’s devotee. Made from gram flour, cashew nuts, ghee and sugar, it is totally universal. It is one of tastiest laddu, I have ever taste and I will be also liked by all of you sweet lovers. Any special occasions or festivals will be totally converted into a special one by making this Indian sweet recipe.

                  It is also a perfect for prashad to pooja. It will take quite more time than other laddus, but will not wait to eat this enormous laddus. It is to be said that, large number of proportion are used to make this laddu at tirupati temple. It uses 10 tones of gram flour, 700 kg of sugar, 540 gm of raisins, 10 tons of sugar and 500 kg of sugar candy per day.

                   Along with this tirupati laddus, you can also check some of sweet laddus like coconut ladoo, churma modak and dates dry fruit katori. You can also check all the recipes in Hindi, if you want. It will be easier by following step by step pictures or video recipe.

Ingredients for Tirupati Laddu:

1 Cup Chana Dal or Split Bengal Gram.
3-4 Cup Milk.
1 Cup Ghee.
1 Cup Sugar.
2 tbsp Loaf Sugar.
1 Pinch of Cardamom Powder.
4 Cashew Nuts.
4 Almonds.
Pinch of Saffron.
Pinch of Dry Camphor.
Oil for Deep Frying.
Lemmon Yellow Colour (Optional).
1 tbsp Raisins.

How to Make Tirupati Laddu:

Step 1.

First of all wash chana dal with water then soak it in 2 cup milk for 4-5 hours.

Step 2.

Now grind the chana dal roughly not too smooth, in a non stick pan heat ghee, add chana dal paste in it.

Step 3.

Roast it on slow flame till get in dry powder form like sooji, add cashew nuts, almonds roast both well.

Step 4.

Add remaining milk cook nicely while always stir it till ghee will separate then add sugar and cook well till sugar melt.

Step 5.

Now add freshly coursed cardamom powder, saffron thread, raisins, colour and mix well.

Step 6.

Now add dry camphor powder, make it cool and add loaf sugar on it and then make laddus or any shape and enjoy.
