Ingredients For Vaghareli Rotli.

6 Chapatis.
5 Glass of Butter Milk.
50 Grams Salty Peanuts.
2 Finely Chopped Tomatoes.
2 Finely Chopped Onions.
2 Chopped Green Chilies.
1 inch Ginger.
4 tsp Oil.
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds.
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds.
10 Curry Leaves.
1 tsp Red Chili Powder.
1 tsp Coriander Powder.
2 tsp Sugar.
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder.
1/2 tsp Asafoetida.
Some Fresh Coriander Leaves.
Salt.

STEP 1.
First a fall divide all the Chapatis into two Parts, make the small pieces from it.

Heat Oil in a big Pan, Add Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves and Onions in it and cook it for 1 minute.

STEP 3.
Now add Green Chilies, Tomatoes and Salt in it and mix all the Ingredients very well.

Now add Sugar, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Asafoetida and Peanuts and mix it very well.

STEP 4.
Grate some Fresh Ginger, now add around 5 Glass of Butter Milk and mix it with all the ingredients and now add Chapatis and let it cook for 10-15 minutes on a low heat.

STEP 5.
Stir it every now and then so it don’t stuck to the bottom of Pan, now it is perfectly cooked so add Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves.
