700 Grams Yogurt.
150 Grams Crushed Salty Peanuts.
2 Medium Size Finely Chopped Onions.
5 tsp Oil.
1 tsp Red Chili Powder.
1 tsp Mustard Seeds.
1/2 tsp Garam Masala.
1/2 tsp Secret Masala.
Some Fresh Coriander leaves.
Salt to Taste.

FOR SECRET MASALA
1 tsp Cumin Seeds.
8 tsp Coriander Seeds.
2 Bay Leaves.
5 Cloves.
1/2 tsp Black Pepper.
1/2 tsp Carom Seeds.
1 Stick of Cinnamon (1 inch).
1 Star Anise.

Ingredients

  • 700 Grams Yogurt.
  • 150 Grams Crushed Salty Peanuts.
  • 2 Medium Size Finely Chopped Onions.
  • 5 tsp Oil.
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder.
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds.
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala.
  • 1/2 tsp Secret Masala.
  • Some Fresh Coriander leaves.
  • Salt to Taste.
  • FOR SECRET MASALA
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds.
  • 8 tsp Coriander Seeds.
  • 2 Bay Leaves.
  • 5 Cloves.
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper.
  • 1/2 tsp Carom Seeds.
  • 1 Stick of Cinnamon 1 inch.
  • 1 Star Anise.

Instructions

  • First a fall Dry Roast the Whole Dry spices for 2 minutes on a medium low heat, after roasting the spices give it a rest for five minutes and than Blend it and make the fine Powder of it So Secret Masala is ready.
  • Heat Oil in a pan when oil get heated add the Mustard Seeds, when it starts Slatering add the Onions, shortey Onions utill it becomes Golden Brown.
  • Now add Salt, Sugar and Red Chili Powder, Mix all this very well and then add Garam Masala, Secret Masala and Crushed Peanuts and again mix all the ingredients very well.
  • Now add Yogurt in it and Stir it for 20-30 seconds so all the spices can be mixed with the Yogurt and Turn the heat off.
  • Garnish it with Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves so this is it Delicious looking Spicy Yogurt Curry is ready to serve.
