Veg Cheese Balls Recipe | Indian Cheese Balls.

Ingredients for Veg Cheese Balls:

½ Cup Shredded Carrot.
½ Cup Chopped Beans.
½ Cup Green Peas.
3 Small Boiled and Mashed Potatoes.
½ Cup Crumbled Paneer.
6 tbsp Cheese (You can use Mozzarella Cheese or Cheddar Cheese).
3 tbsp Corn Flour.
¼ Cup All Purpose Flour.
2 Chopped Green Chillies.
4 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves.
¼ Cup Milk.
1 tsp Cumin Powder.
1 tsp Garam Masala.
Pinch of Baking Soda.
Bread Crums as per Required.
Salt to taste.
Oil for Frying.

How to Make Veg Cheese Balls:

Step 1.

First of all cook mixed veggies with salt until become soft, boil the potatoes and peel off its skin, smash all the veggies.

Step 2.

If you are adding frozen paneer, soak it in hot water for few minutes, squeeze it then add, if you are adding fresh paneer then just add as it is.

Step 3.

Finely chop the green chillies and coriander leaves and add to it, now add salt, cumin powder, garam masala, all purpose flour, baking soda and mix well by crushing vegetables and other ingredients as far as you can, make a dough.

Step 4.

Take cheese cut it into small pieces, make small equal balls and put cheese piece in the middle of that ball then dip the balls in the milk, immediately roll the balls in the bread crums.

Step 5.

Again slightly dip balls in the milk and roll the balls in bread crums mixture again until the bread crums are coated well, do the same for all balls, let it rest for 10-15 minutes in fridge.

Step 6.

Now heat oil for frying, drop the balls in oil slowly-slowly, cook the balls till become golden colour or light brown colour then remove it and filter oil. Do this process in small batches.
Yummy and tasty veg cheese balls are ready, serve with tomato sauce or chilli sauce.
