Ingredients for Veggie Fingers:

3 Boiled and Mashed Potatoes.
½ Cup Grated Carrots.
¼ Cup Chopped Fenugreek.
3-4 Blenched and Chopped Beans.
2 tbsp Corn Flour.
Salt to Taste.
Pepper to Taste.
1 Grated Cheese Cube.
1 Cup Bread Crumbs.
Oil for Frying.
4 tbsp Water.

How to Make Veggie Fingers:

Step 1.
In a big mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix very well.

Step 2.
Shape the mixture like finger, make corn flour paste with water.

Step 3.
Dip one by one all the veggie fingers in corn flour paste then coat them with bread crums.

Step 4.
Heat oil, when it gets heated fry the veggie fingers till they become golden brown.

Step 5.
Drain the excess oil, take it out in a serving plate and serve with ketchup.
