                    The outer layer for veggie wrap and roll is made with roti or phulka and stuffing is filled with carrots, corn kernels, mushroom, cabbage and other ingredients. You can serve this wrap rolls to your guest and friends. It is a awesome lunch box recipe for your kids who every time denying to eat vegetables.

                    This yummy Indian snack requires minimum time to prepare and gives mouth melting taste. You make roti before to make process quicker. Ingredients for Veggie Wrap Rolls:

4 Phulkas or Roti.
½ Cup Corn Kernels.
4 Medium Sized Thinly Sliced Mushrooms.
½ Cup Finely Shredded Cabbage.
1 Small Finely Shredded Carrot.
Lettuce Leaves as per required.
Chilli Flakes as per required.
2 Small Cubes Grated or Crumbled Cheese.
4 tbsp Tomato Sauce.
4 tbsp Mayonnaise or Hung Curd.
1 tbsp Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil.   
Salt to Taste.
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder.

How to Make Veggie Wrap Rolls:

Step 1.

First of all heat 1 tsp oil in a non stick pan on a medium flame, when oil is hot add cut mushrooms and corn, season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 2.

Saute it till mushrooms get cooked, mixture should become completely dry so cook till all water evaporates, don’t keep wet either roll       will be soggy.

Step 3.

Switch off the flame and let it cool down, now put ¾ tbsp hung curd or mayo and tomato sauce, mix well and spreader is ready.

Step 4.

Now to assemble the wrap, keep 1 phulka or roti in a dish, apply spreader, spread it evenly all over the phulka.

Step 5.

Now add 2 tbsp of mushroom and corn mixture in the central part, on that put on the top cabbage, carrot and lettuce leaf, put some shredded cheese on veggies.
Now sprinkle some salt, chilli flakes and pepper on it then fold from both sides and the wrap is ready to serve.
