For Making Pita Bread:
First of all sieve the all purpose flour and put in one bowl, now in another bowl put lukewarm water or milk, sugar, yeast and keep this mixture aside for 4-5 minutes.
Now in all purpose flour add salt and oil and mix well then put yeast mixture into it along with water and bind dough from it, now keep the dough covered aside for 5-6 hours at warm place.
After 5-6 hours put some more all purpose flour in it and again bind it like dough then roll out half inch thick rotis from dough, keep the rolled rotis at warm place for 1-2 hours.
After 1-2 hours roast the rotis on tawa both side for little time then remove the tawa from gas and again roast on open flame of gas so it can be nice fluffy, do this with all the rotis.
Keep the rotis aside to cool for little time then cut from centre and make pockets from it, pockets or pita bread is ready.
For Making Tikki:
First of all smash the boiled potatoes and put in one bowl then add in ginger garlic chilli paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice or amchur and mix and smash all the things well.
Now make tikkis from the mixture and roll on corn flour and shallow fry on tawa both the sides till become light golden brown and take out in a plate.
Now for making salad put cabbage, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes in a bowl then sprinkle some chaat masala on them, salad is ready.
Now take pita bread pocket and apply tomato ketchup in space then put some salad in the put one aloo tikki and serve, this way delicious and tempting pita bread pocket is ready.
