Papaya Cashew Rolls Recipe | Papaya Barfi
Easy and Delicious Indian Dessert Recipe.
- 1 Cup Papaya Thick Puree peel papaya cut into cubes and make puree.
- ¼ Cup Sugar.
- 1 tbsp Ghee.
- ¼ Cup Fresh Paneer.
- ¼ Cup Cashew Powder.
- ¼ Cup Milk Powder.
First of all heat non stick pan then add papaya puree and sugar in it, cook puree till it gets thick consistency.
Now add ghee, crushed paneer, cashew rough powder and milk powder in it, mix all the ingredients well and cook till you get a nice soft ball.
Turn the heat off and let it cool for sometime then give shape as you want and enjoy.
