Papaya Cashew Rolls Recipe | Papaya Barfi

  • 1 Cup Papaya Thick Puree peel papaya cut into cubes and make puree.
  • ¼ Cup Sugar.
  • 1 tbsp Ghee.
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Paneer.
  • ¼ Cup Cashew Powder.
  • ¼ Cup Milk Powder.


  • First of all heat non stick pan then add papaya puree and sugar in it, cook puree till it gets thick consistency.
  • Now add ghee, crushed paneer, cashew rough powder and milk powder in it, mix all the ingredients well and cook till you get a nice soft ball.
  • Turn the heat off and let it cool for sometime then give shape as you want and enjoy.
