First a fall cut all the breads in round shape with the help of bowl or any other cutter then press the bread slices gentally with hands.
Make the glue by adding some water into plain flour for stiching the two slices of bread.
In a Pan heat around 1.5 tsp of Oil, when it get's heated put Finely Chopped Onion, cook it until it becomes Golden Brown and Crispy, remember one thing that your stuffing should be dry, stir it every now and then.
Now add Tomatoes and again stir all the things very well, in this add Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala, Salt, Sugar and in this add Potatoes, stir all the ingredients very well.
Turn the heat off and Mash the potatoes with spatula so no big chungs of potatoes left in the stuffing, now in this add Paneer and again stir all the things very well.
Take 5 slices of Bread and apply very little Butter on each slices of bread.
Take some stuffing in hand make pile of it then press it with finger so we can give very nice shape to it. Now put this onto the centre of sliced bread.
Now apply Plain Flour Glue on every edges so we can stick another part of bread very easily, apply some butter onto another slice of bread and Gule onto the edges and put it onto ready sliced bread.
Gently press it and lock the edges by pressing Fingers. Make all the kachories this way.
Keep it in a Refrigerator for few minutes and then we will bake in Oven, now on every Kachori apply little butter with the Spoon or Brush.
Put the Kachories in oven for 12-15 minutes at 230 Degree Celcius for Baking.
After baking it for 15 minutes take it out, now it is perfect Crispy and little Golden Brown Paneer Sandwich Kachori is Ready to serve.
