Veg Momos Recipe With Chilli Sauce

Quick and Easy Veg Momos Recipe.

  • 1 Cup Binded All Purpose Flour.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Cabbage.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Carrot.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Capsicum.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Onion.
  • 1 tsp Finely Chopped Ginger.
  • 1 tsp Finely Chopped Garlic.
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce.
  • ½ tsp Green Chilli Sauce.
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce.
  • 1 tsp Vinegar.
  • ½ tsp Ajinomoto.
  • Salt according to taste.
  • 1 tbsp Oil.


  • First of all in a nonstick pan heat oil, when oil get heated add ginger and garlic and cook it little.
  • Now add cabbage, carrot, onion and capsicum and cook all the veggies on high heat for little time then add red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar ajinomoto
  • and salt.
  • Now cook all the ingredients for 5 minutes at high heat then take out the mixture in a plate and let it cool.
  • Take binded flour and make small puris from it, now put around 1 tsp of mixture the centre of puri and fold from both the ends, now give the shape of momos to it.
  • Now grease all the momos with oil and put in steamer and steam it for around 10-12 minutes, after 10-12 minutes take out the momos and serve with soya vinegar and chilli sauce.
