First of all in a nonstick pan heat oil, when oil get heated add ginger and garlic and cook it little.
Now add cabbage, carrot, onion and capsicum and cook all the veggies on high heat for little time then add red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar ajinomoto
and salt.
Now cook all the ingredients for 5 minutes at high heat then take out the mixture in a plate and let it cool.
Take binded flour and make small puris from it, now put around 1 tsp of mixture the centre of puri and fold from both the ends, now give the shape of momos to it.
Now grease all the momos with oil and put in steamer and steam it for around 10-12 minutes, after 10-12 minutes take out the momos and serve with soya vinegar and chilli sauce.
