Quick and Easy Tindora Cutlet Recipe.

  • 1 Cup Leftover Tindora Curry.
  • 3 tbsp Boiled Potatoes.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Onions.
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala.
  • 1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala.
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
  • Dry Bread Crums or Fresh Bread Crums as per required.
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Oil for Shallow Frying Cutlets.
  • Sweet Chutney for Serving.


  • First of all take leftover tindora curry in a bowl then add in smashed potatoes salt as per required, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, onions, ginger garlic chilli paste and coriander leaves.
  • Now put bread crums and mix all the spices and ingredients well with hands, make sure that mixture should be totally dry, mixture is ready.
  • Now take little mixture in hand and give shape of cutlet, make all the cutlets ready similarly, now heat oil in a pan and shallow fry all the cutlets one by one both sides till get nice golden brown at medium flame.
  • Now take out the cutlets in a serving plate and serve hot with sweet chutney or any other chutney of your choice and enjoy.
