Quick and Easy Spring Dosa.

  • 1 Cup Dosa Batter.
  • 3 tbsp Thinly Chopped Cabbage.
  • 3 tbsp Thinly Chopped Capsicum.
  • 3 tbsp Thinly Chopped Onions.
  • 2 tbsp Thinly Chopped Carrots.
  • 2 tbsp Sprout Moong.
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Pinch of Ajinomoto.
  • 3 tbsp Schezwan Chutney.
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce.
  • 1 tsp Vinegar.
  • 1 tbsp Oil.
  • Oil for Making Dosa.


  • First of all heat 1 tbsp oil in pan then add in ginger garlic chilli paste and saute at high flame for little time then add in thinly chopped vegetables along with sprout moong, salt, ajinomoto, vinegar, soy sauce and saute at high heat for little time.
  • Now add in about 1 tbsp schezwan chutney and cook it at high flame for 2-3 minutes, after 2-3 minutes turn the heat off and take out the mixture in a plate and keep aside to cool.
  • Now heat a tawa, when tawa gets heated put some dosa batter and give shape of dosa, now put oil around the dosa and cook it till become crispy.
  • Now apply about 1 tbsp schezwan chutney on dosa the put some veggies mixture at centre and fold the dosa and take out in a serving plate, make another dosa similarly.
