Quick and Easy Veg Wonton Recipe.

  • 6 Thin Square Cut All Purpose Flour Rotis or Wonton Sheets.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Cabbage.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Carrots.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Onions.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Capsicum.
  • 2 tbsp Paneer or Tofu.
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
  • 1/8 tsp Ajinomoto.
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 tbsp Oil.
  • Oil for frying.


  • First of all heat oil in a pan then add in ginger garlic chilli paste and saute for little time then add in finely chopped carrots, capsicum, cabbage, onions, salt, ajinomoto and cook it on high flame for little time.
  • Now add in soy sauce, tomato ketchup and cook it on high flame for about 1-2 minutes then turn the heat off and add in crumbled paneer and mix well then take out the mixture in a plate.
  • Now take square cut all purpose flour roti and apply water at the edges then put some mixture at the centre and give shape of wonton and press the edges gently so they can be sealed nicely, make all the wonton ready similarly.
  • Now heat oil in a kadai then put the wonton in medium hot oil and fry till become light golden brown then take out in a serving plate and serve with tomato ketchup.
