  • 1 Cup Kneaded Dough From All Purpose Flour and Wheat Flour.
  • 3 tbsp Cooked Black Grams.
  • 3 tbsp Cooked Peas.
  • 3 tbsp Cooked Moth Beans.
  • 3 tbsp Sprouted and Cooked Moong Beans.
  • 2 tbsp Smashed Potatoes.
  • 1 tbsp Oil.
  • 3 tbsp Finely Chopped Onions.
  • 3 tbsp Finely Chopped Tomatoes.
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala.
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala.
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
  • Oil or Ghee for Roasting Paratha as per required.
  • Sweet Chutney and Curd for Serving.


  • First of all heat oil in a pan then put onions in hot oil and cook till become transparent, now add in ginger garlic chilli paste and saute for little time.
  • Now add in tomatoes and cook till become soft then add in cooked black grams, sprouted moong, moth beans and peas along with smashed potatoes and mix well.
  • Now add in salt, turmeric powder, garam masala and mix well then add in chaat masala, coriander leaves and again mix the stuffing well and turn the heat off, take out the stuffing in a bowl and keep aside to cool.
  • Now make small balls from kneaded dough then take one dough and roll it little bigger than roti then put some stuffing at centre and cover all edges like momos and again roll it and make paratha, make all the paratha ready similarly.
  • Now heat a tawa on gas and first roast the paratha both sides then apply oil or ghee and this time roast till get nicely cooked, after making all the parathas cut them in triangle shape and serve with sweet chutney and curd.
