First of all heat oil in pan then add in asafoetida, Dabeli masala and roast both for about 30 seconds, now add in grated potato and mix and roast with Dabeli masala for 1 minute.
Now add in red chilli powder and mix well with potatoes, now add in water as per needed along with salt, sweet chutney and green chutney, cook the mixture till start boiling.
Now add in tomatoes, onions, spicy peanuts, coriander leaves and cook the mixture for about 1 minute, after 1 minute put toast pieces in it and mix well, toast will soak the mixture.
Now take out the delicious kutchi kadak in a serving plate then put some sweet chutney, green chutney, fresh coconut, pomegranate grains, some raw onions and tomatoes, besan sev and finally garnish with some coriander leaves.
