Quick and Easy Veg Burritos Recipe.

Ingredients

  • For Burritos:
  • 2 Tortilla Raw Cooked All Purpose Flour Rotis.
  • 4 tbsp Herbs Rice.
  • 4 tbsp Uncooked Salsa.
  • 2 tbsp Cooked American Corn Kernels.
  • Soya Khima as per required.
  • 2 tbsp Butter.
  • For Soya Kheema:
  • 25 gm Soya Chunks Soaked in water.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Onions.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Tomatoes.
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 tbsp Oil.

Instructions

  • First of all take out the soya chunks from water and remove the excess water and grind in a mixer blender to make kheema, now heat oil in pan then put onions in and saute till become soft.
  • Now add in ginger garlic chilli paste and saute for 1 minute at medium flame then add in salt along with tomatoes and cover and cook it till tomatoes become soft.
  • Now add in red chilli powder, turmeric powder and saute for little time then add in tomato ketchup and immediately put kheema and cook it well for 2-3 minutes so it can be mixed nicely with spices, now turn the heat off and take the kheema in a bowl and keep aside to cool.
  • Now take tortilla the first put herbs rice on them then put some kheema, un cooked salsa, American corn kernels and roll the tortilla.
  • Now put the rolled burritos on tawa or grill and apply butter on both sides and roast, now take out the delicious veg burrito in a serving plate and serve with tomato ketchup.
