Quick and Easy Pav Bhaji Paratha Recipe.

  • For Upper Layer:
  • ½ Cup All Purpose Flour.
  • ½ Cup Wheat Flour.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 tbsp Oil.
  • Oil Butter or Ghee for Roasting Paratha.
  • For Stuffing:
  • 250 gm Cooked Carrots Capsicum, Cabbage, Potatoes and Cauliflower.
  • 3 tbsp Finely Chopped Onions.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Tomatoes.
  • 1 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala.
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves.
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 2 tbsp Oil.


  • First of all take all purpose flour and wheat flour in a bowl then add in oil and mix well, now add in water as per required and knead nice dough from it and keep covered aside for 5-7 minutes.
  • Now for making pav bhaji heat oil in pan then add in onions and saute for little time then add in ginger garlic paste and saute it also for little time.
  • Now add in tomatoes and cook till become soft then add in salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and saute all the spices well for little time.
  • Now add in cooked mixed vegetables and smash them with help of smasher and cook them till you get nice and thick consistency, now turn the heat off and take out the stuffing in bowl and keep aside to cool.
  • Now make small size of balls from dough them roll out them in thick roti, now put about 1 tbsp stuffing at centre (you can put more or less stuffing), now combine all the edges like of momos and again roll out and make paratha from it, make all the parathas similarly.
  • Now heat a tawa and roast the paratha then put some oil, butter or ghee and cook paratha both sides, roast all the parathas similarly and serve hot.
