First of all for making garlic gravy, take a pan and put garlic paste, kashmiri red chilli powder, spicy red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, salt, turmeric powder and oil in it.
Now mix all the ingredients well then turn the heat on and cook the gravy only till oil gets hot, don’t cook for more time else spices get burnt, now put some water in gravy and cook for about 5 minutes or till releases oil then turn the heat off, gravy is ready.
Now for making pav bhaji heat oil in a pan, when oil gets heated add in onions and cook for little time then add in ginger garlic chilli paste and saute for little time.
Now add in tomatoes and till become soft then add in salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and saute all the spices for little time.
Now add in cooked vegetables and smash them with the help of smasher then add in lemon juice along with 2-3 tbsp water and mix well, make sure that consistency of veggies should be like then can be spread, now put some coriander leaves in and turn the heat off, pav bhaji is ready.
Now for making pav bhaji dosa heat tawa then put some dosa batter on tawa and give shape of dosa, now put some oil and cook it till dosa get nicely cooked.
Now apply about 1 tbsp garlic gravy on dosa the put some pav bhaji on it and spread evenly on dosa and fold dosa and take out in a plate, make all the pav bhaji dosa similarly.
Now put one dosa at centre of serving plate and cut 2-3 dosa in 1-2 inch pieces and put in serving plate and garnish with some coriander leaves and serve with raw onion, tomatoes and lemon slices.
