First of all heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadai then put mustard seeds in hot oil and wait till starts slathering, now add in ginger garlic chilli paste and saute for little time.
Now lower the heat and add in turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, boiled potatoes and green peas, now turn the heat off and add in amchur powder and mix all the spices and ingredients well, keep the stuffing aside to cool.
Now make small sizes of balls from kneaded dough then roll out them like a puri then take one puri and put some stuffing at centre and make tight roll of it, make all the pinwheel samosas similarly.
Now cut all the pinwheels in about 1-2 inch long pieces then make nice round shape pinwheels samosa, now apply little water to all the pinwheels the sprinkle all purpose flour on them and keep aside for 2-3 minutes so flour can be stick nicely.
Now heat oil in a kadai for frying, when oil gets heated put samosa in and fry both sides till become nice golden brown then take out in a serving plate and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
