  • 150 gm Sooji or Semolina.
  • 4 tbsp Finely Chopped Onions.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Cabbage.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Capsicum.
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Chillies.
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
  • 3 tbsp Curd or Yogurt.
  • 1 tsp Dry Coriander Seeds.
  • ½ tsp Cooking Soda.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Oil for Frying.
  • Tomato Ketchup for Serving.


  • First of all take a big mixing bowl then add in sooji, onions, cabbage, coriander leaves, capsicum, green chillies, dry coriander seeds, ginger garlic paste, salt, curd and mix all things well.
  • Now add in cooking soda and water as per required and make batter from it, keep the batter aside for 5-7 minutes to set.
  • Now heat oil in a kadai, when oil gets heated make small pakodas from batter and put in oil for frying, fry the pakodas till become nice golden brown then take out in a serving plate and serve with tomato ketchup.
