150gm Sooji or Semolina.
4tbspFinely Chopped Onions.
2tbspFinely Chopped Cabbage.
2tbspFinely Chopped Capsicum.
1tbspFinely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
2tbspFinely Chopped Green Chillies.
1tbspGinger Garlic Paste.
3tbspCurd or Yogurt.
1tspDry Coriander Seeds.
Salt as per taste.
Oil for Frying.
Tomato Ketchup for Serving.
First of all take a big mixing bowl then add in sooji, onions, cabbage, coriander leaves, capsicum, green chillies, dry coriander seeds, ginger garlic paste, salt, curd and mix all things well.
Now add in cooking soda and water as per required and make batter from it, keep the batter aside for 5-7 minutes to set.
Now heat oil in a kadai, when oil gets heated make small pakodas from batter and put in oil for frying, fry the pakodas till become nice golden brown then take out in a serving plate and serve with tomato ketchup.
