First of all for making uttapam take idli batter in a bowl then add in red, green and yellow capsicum, onions, capsicum, salt, coriander leaves and garlic herbs.
Now mix the batter well, now put the tawa on gas to heat, now add eno in batter and mix well then put this batter on tawa and give shape of uttapam.
Make sure that uttapam should be 7-8 inch in size, put oil around uttapam and cook both sides well then take out the uttapam in a plate.
Now for making pizza topping heat oil and butter in a kadai, when oil gets heated put red, green and yellow capsicum, onions, corn kernels and toss it well.
Cook it till onions get transparent and capsicum get cooked then add in salt and garlic herbs and mix well then take out the topping in a bowl.
Now for assembling pizza take a kadai with lead and heat on medium flame, now take uttapam and apply pizza sauce evenly then put some toppings on it.
Now sprinkle some garlic herbs on topping then put some mozzarella cheese on it, now again sprinkle some garlic herbs on cheese, now put oil and butter in kadai then put uttapam pizza on it.
Now cook the pizza with lead on medium flame till cheese get melt then take out delicious uttapam pizza in a serving plate and enjoy.
