Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Boiled Potato.
  • 150-200 gm Gram Flour.
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala.
  • ΒΌ tsp Rock Salt or Halite.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 3 tbsp Water.
  • 2 tbsp Oil.
  • Oil for Frying.

Instructions

  • First of all peel and cut boiled potato and put in a mixer blender jar then add in oil and water and blend it and make paste of it and take out in a bowl.
  • Now add in salt, chaat masala, rock salt and whip the mixture well then add in gram flour and knead dough from it.
  • Now take a sev mould and put thin wholes net in it then fill the mould with dough, heat oil in kadai.
  • Now make sev and fry in medium hot oil till become cooked nicely keep stirring it so it can be cooked nicely then take out in a plate and sprinkle some chaat masala and serve.
