Quick and Easy Spinach Sev Recipe.

  • 50 gm Spinach.
  • 150 gm Gram Flour or Besan.
  • 3 Green Chillies.
  • 1/8 tsp Rock Salt or Halite.
  • ¼ tsp Chaat Masala.
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 3 tbsp Oil.
  • Oil for Frying.


  • First of all put spinach, green chillies and about 2-3 tbsp water in a mixer jar and blend it to make coarse mixture and take out the paste in a bowl.
  • Now add in oil and with the help of hand mixer mix the paste well then add in salt, rock salt or halite, chaat masala, red chilli powder and mix well.
  • Now add in gram flour in paste and knead dough from it, make sure that consistency of dough should be like as you can make sev from it.
  • Now take a mould and put thin hole net in mould and fill it with gram flour and spinach dough, heat oil in a kadai then make sev in hot oil and fry sev till become cook nicely from both sides.
  • Now take out spinach sev in a plate and let it cool for few minutes then put the sev in an air tight container and enjoy.
