First of all take gram flour in a bowl then add in salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, sugar, red chilli powder, lemon juice, ajwain, sesame seeds, cooking soda, ginger garlic chilli paste.
Now add water as per require and mix well all the ingredients to make thick batter from it, consistency of the batter should be like it can be spread easily.
Now take 1 chapati and put about 1 tbsp batter on it and with the help of spoon spread evenly, make sure that chapati should be covered with batter completely.
Now roll the chapati tightly then cut the chapati roll in 2 inch pieces, make all the chapati rolls this way.
Now heat oil in a kadai then fry all the chapati patra till become nicely golden brown then take out in a serving plate and serve with tomato ketchup.
