Quick and Easy Veg Bread Omelette Recipe Without Egg.

Ingredients

  • 3 Bread Slices.
  • 50 Gram Flour or Besan.
  • 2 tbsp Split Black Gram Flour.
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Onions.
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Tomatoes.
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
  • 1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala.
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Oil as per required.
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup for Garnishing.

Instructions

  • First of all take gram flour and split black gram flour in a bowl then add in salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, ginger garlic chilli paste, onion, tomatoes and some water.
  • Now mix all the spices and ingredients well to make batter from it, now heat a non stic tawa, take one bread slice and apply batter on both sides of bread slices nicely.
  • Now put some oil onto the tawa and put bread slices, now put some oil on upper side of bread slices and cook both sides of bread till get cooked nicely.
  • Make all the three veg bread omelette ready similarly then divide them into two pieces and put in a serving plate, garnish it with tomato ketchup and enjoy.
