First of all take all purpose flour in a bowl then add in salt, red chilli powder 1 drop of orange food colour and some water, mix it well and make thick slurry from it.
Now heat oil in a kadai when oil gets heated dip the paneer cubes in slurry and put in oil for frying, fry paneer cubes for little time then take out in bowl and keep aside.
Now heat oil in a pan then add in ginger garlic paste and saute for little time then add in cabbage, onions and saute both for little time then add in capsicum and saute it also for little time, make sure that veggies should be crunchy.
Now add in ajinomoto along with salt, while adding salt remember that sauce itself has salt so add very little salt, now add in red chilli sauce, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, orange food colour and about 3-4 tbsp water.
Now mix all the spices and ingredients well then add in fried paneer cubes and saute for little time at high heat then add in corn flour slurry and cook it for further few minutes.
When slurry gets cooked nicely add in 1 tbsp spring onion green and mix well and turn the heat off, take out the delicious paneer chilli dry in a serving plate and garnish with some spring onion greens.
