First of all heat oil in a non stick pan then add in onions and saute for little time then add in capsicum, ginger garlic chilli paste and saute for little time.
Now add in turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and saute all the spices for little time then add in tomatoes and cook for little time.
Now add in about 3-4 tbsp water so spices don’t get burnt and get cooked nicely, now add in lemon juice and cook it till it starts leaving oil at edges.
When veggies mixture starts leaving oil at edges turn the heat off, now make cut in all three pav using knife then stuff them with veggies mixture.
Now heat a non stick tawa then put some groundnut oil and about 1 tsp veggies mixture and roast the stuffed pav both the sides.
Now take out the masala pav in a serving plate and serve with some raw onion-tomato and tomato ketchup and enjoy.
