Ingredients

  • 200 gm Millet Flour.
  • 80 gm Ghee.
  • 80 gm Jaggery.
  • 50 gm Sweet Khoya.
  • 1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder.

Instructions

  • First of all take millet flour in a bowl the grate jaggery and add to flour, now mix jaggery and flour well with hands.
  • Now add in sweet khoya and dry ginger powder and mix well then add in ghee (you can add more or less ghee as per required) and mix well.
  • Now make laddu from flour mixture of any shape as you like and enjoy.
