First of all heat a non stick pan then add in oil, when oil gets hot add in ginger and garlic and saute for little time at high flame.
Now add in finely chopped carrot, capsicum, cabbage, onions, green chillies and saute all the spices for little time at high flame.
Now add in salt and ajinomoto and mix well with all the veggies then add in tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, soy sauce and vinegar.
Now mix well and cook the stuffing for 1 minute at high flame then turn the heat off and take out the stuffing in a bowl and keep aside to cool.
Now take all purpose flour dough and roll out thin rotis from it, take one roti and put about 1 tbsp stuffing at one side and roll it tightly and give the shape of cigar, now at both the ends apply some all purpose flour slurry and seal nicely, make all the chinese cigar similarly.
Now heat oil in a kadai, when oil gets heated put spicy chinese cigar in it and fry till become nice golden brown then take out in a serving plate and enjoy.
