Quick and Easy Chickpeas Halwa Recipe.

  • 135 gm Boiled Chickpeas.
  • 130 gm Gulab Jamun.
  • Some Cashew Nuts.
  • 3 tbsp Ghee.


  • First of all heat ghee in pan, put the chickpeas in a mixer blender and blend it to make paste of it.
  • Now also grind the gulab Jamun and make puree of it, after making puree add in about 2 tbsp water.
  • When ghee gets melt and hot add in chickpeas paste and roast it well, keep stirring it so it don’t stuck to bottom, when it starts leaving oil and fragrant add in gulab Jamun puree, chickpeas paste will take about 5 minutes to roast.
  • Now cook it for further few minutes and keep stirring it, it will take about 2 or 2 ½ minute to cook.
  • After 2 minutes turn the heat off and take out the delicious chickpeas halwa in a serving plate and garnish with some cashew nuts and serve.
