First of all make 4 half cuts in all the potatoes then apply little bit of schezwan sauce in the cuts and keep aside.
Now all purpose flour in a bowl then add in salt as per taste and about 1 tbsp sachezwan sauce and mix well then add in water as per required and make batter from it.
Now heat oil in a kadai, take one stuffed potato and dip in all purpose batter then put in oil, do this with all the potatoes and fry till become crispy then take out in a plate.
Now heat about 1 tbsp oil in a non stick kadai then add in onion, capsicum, cabbage and saute for little time then add in ajinomoto, salt and tomato ketchup.
Now add in stuffed fried potatoes and coriander leaves, mix potatoes well with all the spices well, now cook it at high flame for 1 minute.
After 1 minute turn the heat off and take out the delicious stuffed schezwan aloo in a serving plate and garnish with some coriander leaves and serve.
