First all make a space at the centre of whole bread loaf with the help of knife, make square cut, keep the cut part aside we’ll use in further process.
Now heat oil in a nonstick pan then add in cumin seeds and wait till crackle, now add in chopped onions and cook till become light golden brown.
Now add in ginger garlic paste and saute for little time then add in tomatoes and cook it till become soft, now add in capsicum, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and saute all the spices for little time.
Now add in fried soya chunks, about half cup water and potatoes, now cover and cook for 5-7 minutes or till it releases oil at edges at medium flame.
After 7 minutes put this curry or gravy in the space made in bread loaf and garnish it with some coriander leaves and serve with salad.
