  • 1 ½ Chopped and Boiled Radish and Leaves of 3 Radish.
  • ¼ tsp Ajwain.
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • ½ tsp Fennel Powder.
  • ½ tsp Coriander Powder.
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
  • ½ tsp Amchoor.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 Pinch Asafoetida.
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil.


  • First of all heat oil in a kadai then add in ajwain, asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder, fennel powder, red chilli powder.
  • Now mix all the spices well then immediately add in boiled radish and leaves along with salt as per taste and amchoor.
  • Now mix the radish with all the spices well then cover and cook the curry for 1-2 minutes at medium flame.
  • After 1-2 minutes turn the heat off and take out the healthy and delicious mooli ki sabzi in a serving plate and serve with roti or paratha and enjoy.
