Mooli ki Sabzi Recipe | Punjabi Special Curry | Mooli ki Bhurji
Quick and Easy Mooli ki Sabzi Recipe.
- 1 ½ Chopped and Boiled Radish and Leaves of 3 Radish.
- ¼ tsp Ajwain.
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder.
- ½ tsp Fennel Powder.
- ½ tsp Coriander Powder.
- ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
- ½ tsp Amchoor.
- Salt as per taste.
- 1 Pinch Asafoetida.
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil.
First of all heat oil in a kadai then add in ajwain, asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder, fennel powder, red chilli powder.
Now mix all the spices well then immediately add in boiled radish and leaves along with salt as per taste and amchoor.
Now mix the radish with all the spices well then cover and cook the curry for 1-2 minutes at medium flame.
After 1-2 minutes turn the heat off and take out the healthy and delicious mooli ki sabzi in a serving plate and serve with roti or paratha and enjoy.
