First of all take chopped onions in a big mixing bowl then add in flattened rice, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, red chilli powder, ginger garlic chilli paste.
Now mix all the ingredients well then add in coriander leaves and again mix well and make stuffing from it.
Now take one samosa strip and give shape of samosa then fill it with about 1 tbsp stuffing or as per the space, now apply all purpose flour slurry at the edges of strips and seal it nicely.
Now heat oil in kadai, when oil gets hot enough put 3-4 samosa for frying and fry till become nice golden brown then take out in a serving plate, fry all the samosa similarly and enjoy.
