  • 8-10 Samosa Strips.
  • 150 gm Finely Chopped Onions.
  • 50 gm Poha or Flattened Rice.
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice.
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala.
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves.
  • 4-5 tbsp All Purpose Flour Slurry.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Oil for frying.


  • First of all take chopped onions in a big mixing bowl then add in flattened rice, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, red chilli powder, ginger garlic chilli paste.
  • Now mix all the ingredients well then add in coriander leaves and again mix well and make stuffing from it.
  • Now take one samosa strip and give shape of samosa then fill it with about 1 tbsp stuffing or as per the space, now apply all purpose flour slurry at the edges of strips and seal it nicely.
  • Now heat oil in kadai, when oil gets hot enough put 3-4 samosa for frying and fry till become nice golden brown then take out in a serving plate, fry all the samosa similarly and enjoy.
