  • 100 gm Milk Powder.
  • 200 Condensed Milk.
  • 300 gm Cream.
  • 1 Cup Mango Puree.
  • 1 tsp Pistachios.


  • First of all take a big mixing bowl then add in cream, milkmaid, mango puree and mix it well.
  • Now add in milk powder and again mix well then add in pistachios, you can also mix it with hand mixer.
  • Now take a kulfi mould and fill them with this mixture then put the sticks and put in refrigerator for at least 8 hours, after 8 hours take out from refrigerator and enjoy the delicious chilled kulfi.
