First of all heat oil in a non stick pan, when oil gets hot add in cumin seeds and wait till starts slathering.
Now add in asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder, fennel seeds, red chilli powder and mix all the spices well and saute for little time.
Now add in capsicum along with salt and mix well with spices and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes at medium heat.
After 3-4 minutes open the lead and add in little more salt, garam masala, paneer cubes, tomatoes and mix al l the ingredients well.
Now cover and cook it for 3-4 minutes at medium heat, after 3-4 minutes open the lead and if you see some water then cook it for further 2 minutes then turn the heat off and take out the delicious curry in a serving plate and serve hot.
