Quick and Easy Paneer Capsicum Tomato Curry.

  • 250 gm Chopped Capsicum.
  • 200 gm Paneer or Indian Cottage Cheese.
  • 2 Big Chopped Tomatoes.
  • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds.
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • ½ tsp Coriander Powder.
  • ½ tsp Fennel Seeds.
  • ¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
  • ¼ tsp Garam Masala.
  • 1 Pinch Asafoetida.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 tbsp Oil.


  • First of all heat oil in a non stick pan, when oil gets hot add in cumin seeds and wait till starts slathering.
  • Now add in asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder, fennel seeds, red chilli powder and mix all the spices well and saute for little time.
  • Now add in capsicum along with salt and mix well with spices and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes at medium heat.
  • After 3-4 minutes open the lead and add in little more salt, garam masala, paneer cubes, tomatoes and mix al l the ingredients well.
  • Now cover and cook it for 3-4 minutes at medium heat, after 3-4 minutes open the lead and if you see some water then cook it for further 2 minutes then turn the heat off and take out the delicious curry in a serving plate and serve hot.
