Dry Garlic Chutney for Vada Pav | Chutney Recipe
Quick and Easy Dry Garlic Chutney for Vada Pav.
- ½ Cup Garlic.
- 1 Cup Grated Dry Coconut.
- ½ Cup White Sesame Seeds.
- 10-12 Whole Dry Kashmiri Red Chillies.
- Salt as per taste.
First of all heat pan then add in grated dry coconut and roast until it turns golden colour then keep aside.
Now dry roast the chillies then take out in a plate, now dry roast sesame seeds till it slightly splitter and keep aside.
Now put all the roasted ingredients along with salt and garlic cloves in a mixer jar and blend to make a course powder. (You can also add groundnuts if you want)
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days and enjoy with roti and snacks.
