Quick and Easy Dry Garlic Chutney for Vada Pav.

  • ½ Cup Garlic.
  • 1 Cup Grated Dry Coconut.
  • ½ Cup White Sesame Seeds.
  • 10-12 Whole Dry Kashmiri Red Chillies.
  • Salt as per taste.


  • First of all heat pan then add in grated dry coconut and roast until it turns golden colour then keep aside.
  • Now dry roast the chillies then take out in a plate, now dry roast sesame seeds till it slightly splitter and keep aside.
  • Now put all the roasted ingredients along with salt and garlic cloves in a mixer jar and blend to make a course powder. (You can also add groundnuts if you want)
  • Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days and enjoy with roti and snacks.
