First of all heat butter in a non stick pan then add in all purpose flour and roast for little time, when flour get roasted nicely add in milk and stir continuously so no lumps are formed.
Now add in salt, oregano, chilli flakes, pepper powder, 1 tbsp cheese and cook all the ingredients till sauce get thick, now the white sauce or béchamel sauce is ready, take out in a bowl and keep aside.
When sauce get cook add in cooked macroni and 3 tbsp cheese and mix well, now make small balls from the mixture and keep aside.
Now dip the balls in all purpose flour slurry then roll on dry bread crums and corn flour, do this twice so balls can be nice and crispy after frying.
Now heat oil in a kadai and fry all the cheese macroni balls in hot oil till become nice golden brown then take out in a serving plate and serve hot.
