Quick and Easy Cheese Macroni Balls Recipe.

  • 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour.
  • 100 gm Cooked Macroni
  • 4 tbsp Processed Cheese.
  • 175 ml Milk.
  • 2 tbsp Butter.
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder.
  • 1 tsp Oregano.
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes.
  • Dry Bread Crums As Per Required.
  • 1 Cup Corn Flour Slurry.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Oil for Frying.


  • First of all heat butter in a non stick pan then add in all purpose flour and roast for little time, when flour get roasted nicely add in milk and stir continuously so no lumps are formed.
  • Now add in salt, oregano, chilli flakes, pepper powder, 1 tbsp cheese and cook all the ingredients till sauce get thick, now the white sauce or b├ęchamel sauce is ready, take out in a bowl and keep aside.
  • When sauce get cook add in cooked macroni and 3 tbsp cheese and mix well, now make small balls from the mixture and keep aside.
  • Now dip the balls in all purpose flour slurry then roll on dry bread crums and corn flour, do this twice so balls can be nice and crispy after frying.
  • Now heat oil in a kadai and fry all the cheese macroni balls in hot oil till become nice golden brown then take out in a serving plate and serve hot.
