First of all peel potatoes and cut them in long strips then make 4-6 cuts on parwal from top, make sure that don’t cut them just make cuts.
Now heat oil in a kadai then fry potatoes and parwal in hot oil for few minutes then take out in plate and keep aside.
Now heat oil in kadai then put cumin seeds and let it crackle, now add in onions and cook till become light golden brown.
Now add in ginger garlic paste and saute for little time then add in tomatoes and cook it till tomatoes become soft.
Now add in turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix all the spices well and saute for little time then add in water as per required.
Now add in fried potatoes and parwal and cook the gravy till become thick on medium flame, when gravy becomes thick add in garam masala and cover and cook for 1 minute.
After 1 minute turn the heat off and take out the delicious potato and parwal curry in a serving plate and garnish with some fresh coriander leaves and serve.
